We are looking for a Project Manager iGaming industry (located in Bucharest)
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

- Create project plans to monitor the progress. Set project timeline & milestones
- Oversees the process of planning, executing, and delegating responsibilities. Coordinate internal resources for the smooth execution of the projects
- Manage assigned resources for the project, ensure resource availability and allocation
- Attend, prepare and participate in all required project performance reviews, and strategy meetings
- Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned to them. Drive a positive work environment through employee engagement
- Monitor project deliverables: measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Ensure that all projects and tasks are delivered on time within the deadlines, within scope, and within budget
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress. Report and escalate to management as needed
