- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Electronics related is preferred
- Having the experience of the validation testing with any Europe operators is preferred
- Be familiar with field testing , have 4G&5G log analysis ability
- Have the local testing experience will be preferred
- English advanced (is also working language)
- Good communication and coordination ability
- Strong quality awareness and risk control ability
- Accept short-term domestic/international business trips (less than 2 weeks)
- A proactive, hands-on person who can work in a dynamic environment
- Team person, positive attitude, open to ideas
- Autonomy and initiative, together with the discipline to act unsupervised to achieve results

We are looking for a Testing Engineer (located in Bucharest)
- The primary responsibility for this position is to test the company’s products and devices considering local tehnical conditions.
- Test the company’s products and devices by verifying the quality of GSM signal reception from various telecom operators in various locations & working conditions
- Responsible for operator testing, protocol testing, field testing
- Responsible for the technical support for local testing, verify the issue, help to check the root cause
- Digging local scene, improving the local test strategy and test case
- Responsible for the expansion of trial human resource, tracing the trial issues and improving the trial efficiency, and the management of testing materials
